· May 6 – “Finish Your Book So You Can Go To Chuck E. Cheese Night”

· This is the last OBF Awana Club Meeting until school starts again in the fall so we hope to all of you this Sunday :)

· May 19 – Trip to Chuck E. Cheese for those who finished their book. (Parents, if your child has finished or will finish their book by this Sunday, please talk to Jed to let him know whether or not your child will be going to Chuck E. Cheese. Cost is $10 per child.  Please see Jed for details. Thank you.)

· May 20 – AWANA Awards Ceremony at 6:00 at the Community School Gym.  Clubbers, please wear your uniforms :)

· This is when we will also recognize accomplishments for the months of April & May so everyone please come!  Also, this is the last opportunity to spend money at Awana Store. (Any money not spent will go back into the “Awana Bank”.)

  • Awana starts back up tonight.  The Awana Store will be open from 5:45 to 6:00.  The theme is “Extra Big Night”.
  • April is our month to clean the church.  If anyone would like to help with that please let Jed know.
  • This Tuesday, April 17, there will be a new Precept Study starting on the book of Nehemiah.  It will be from 10:00-12:15.  Please let Diana know if you need a book or if you need childcare.  It will be held at DCC.
  • This Thursday, April 19, at 12:30 will be the Ladies Luncheon to celebrate March/April Birthdays.  It will be at Jeremiah’s BBQ.  Please RSVP to Joyce ASAP at dowzeez@gmail.com or 452-6088.
  • This Friday, April 20, at 3:00 will be a memorial service for DJ Cosby.  It will be at Lake Sammamish Foursquare Church, 14434 NE 8th Street, Bellevue, WA 98007.  Talk to Linda Livingston or Tony Cortani if you would like to carpool.

There is no Awana tonight because of Resurrection Sunday.

April is our month to clean the church.  If anyone would like to help with that please let Jed know.

Today, after the service we will go over to Brett & Elaina Christianson’s (2 driveways down from the Livingston’s at 753 River Road) where we will have baptisms in their heated pool as well as a BBQ potluck Resurrection Celebration.   There will be a Resurrection Egg Hunt & some games for the kids.  They can also play in the pool.
